  why does hollywood use special effects for demonized movies if demons are supposed to be real?

  that has bothered me for years.

  i did ask this question in a tiny post on another thread but thought this question needed some considering.

  That is one thing I was wondering about while I was still in, oompa. Where are all of the demonized people? My elder's wife grandmother says in the narrow confines of her mind that they are all in the mental hospitals. Why aren't JW's going there and curing them? Also, why does Hollywood have to use special effects on demonized movies? Wouldn't the demons want to offer their services to promote their cause? I just watched Poltergeist 2 and the special effects of the late '80's was obvious. So far, nothing has been flying around my house.

  Does a person's true personality come out when they're drunk?

  i've heard this been said before that when you have had loads to drink and when your inhibitions are temporarily removed then the real you is exposed.

  i.e:.

  some people when they've got a skinfull they might start talking about money & bragg about personal financial achievements and how much more money they're going to earn.. some people after a few beers suddenly think they're rocky balboa and think they can take the world on.. others after sinking some g & t's might turn into a crazed sexual tyrannosaurus!!.

  The real you? The real you holds back rudeness and bad judgments that the drunk you might do. I think good judgment is part of the real you. When you drink, you just end up a drunk you. This is me drunk, and this is me sober. Both are real, just one is a more common every day you.

  Just because they are from the '70's doesn't make them "bad." They were GREAT! Disco was great, too! What is bad now that you will talk down about 20 years later? What made them great? They became very famous and sold millions of records. It is measured in $$$, although I measure it in talent. They have it.

  ive wondered this from time to time, especially in trying to figure out how i finally broke free and in looking at the stories of others.

  if you asked me a few years ago, i probably would have said either seeing too much hypocrisy or suffering the last straw of spiritual and/or emotional abuse.

  but i know in my case and others, even that wasnt enough to break the mental shackles.

  some people in my brother's and sister-in-law's cong are putting on a play about noah's ark, and want all the children in the hall to participate, including my nieces and nephew.

  they're really going all out with this, costumes, face paint, etc.

  i see a tony award in the future!

  mine is a hamburger cooked medium well with fresh home grown tomato, lettuce, purple onion, mustard and mayo...no ketchup...kosher pickle on the side.. the bun must be toasted and preferably either sesame seed or poppy seed.
